These terms apply to the TaoMarketCap API (api.taomarketcap.com), the TaoMarketCap Developer Portal, and the TaoMarketCap plugin for ChatGPT and Codex (together, the "Services"). Datura AI Corp ("we", "us") operates the Services. When you use the Services, you accept these terms.

1. The Services

The Services provide data and documentation about the Bittensor network, such as blocks, subnets, validators, accounts, stakes and market prices. The plugin lets ChatGPT and Codex read this data and our published documentation. The Services only read data. They do not send transactions, move funds or execute trades.

2. No financial advice

The Services give information only. Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. You make your own decisions and you are responsible for them.

3. Accuracy

We collect data from the Bittensor blockchain and from third-party sources. Data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Answers that ChatGPT or Codex write from our data are generated by those products, not by us.

4. Accounts and API keys

  • Give accurate information when you create an account.
  • Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.
  • Each plan has rate limits and quotas. Paid plans are billed as shown on the Pricing page and are processed by our payment providers.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • use the Services for unlawful purposes;
  • try to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication or other access controls;
  • interfere with or overload the Services or their infrastructure;
  • share your API keys with people who are not authorized to use your account.

6. ChatGPT and Codex

Your use of ChatGPT and Codex is also governed by OpenAI's terms. We are not responsible for those products or for the content that they generate.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Services, our software and our documentation. Blockchain data is public. These terms do not give you rights to our trademarks.

8. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or end access to the Services if you break these terms, if your use puts the Services or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. You can stop using the Services and ask us to delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

We provide the Services "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses that come from decisions based on data from the Services.

11. Changes

We can change these terms. We update the date at the top of this page when we do. If you continue to use the Services after a change, you accept the new terms.
